Features and functions
1. It is equipped with a 5-inch liquid crystal touch screen, which is convenient for display and operation. It allows the operator to slice with one hand and operate the screen with the other hand.
2. It uses a handwheel for transfer, and a stepper motor automatically feeds the specimen head to improve the slicing accuracy.
3. It has a half-slicing function, which greatly improves the efficiency of trimming and slicing. The half-cut and full-cut modes can be automatically switched.
4. It has a memory function. When slicing tissues of the same type and thickness, it can remember the initial rough knife alignment position, and realize automatic knife alignment for the next slicing, effectively improving the speed of knife alignment, trimming and slicing.
5. The specimen head can be fed and retracted at two speeds, which is beneficial for knife alignment operation.

7. It has an automatic retraction function to avoid damaging the specimen during slicing.
8. The unique spring handwheel balance can be adjusted according to different specimens and chucks to make the handwheel rotate easily with inertia, reducing slicing fatigue.
9. The angle of the knife holder is adjustable from 0 to 15°, adapting to different tissue slicing.
10. The knife holder has a quick locking function and can be moved left and right. There is no need to adjust the clamping force of the blade, making it convenient to use.
11. There are two handwheel locking methods. One is to lock at any position, and the other is to lock at the highest position on the handwheel, which is convenient for replacing the tissue or blade.
12. It has a fully automatic slicing function. There is no need to switch between manual slicing and fully automatic slicing.
13. The slicing speed has 10 adjustable gears, from 10% to full speed slicing. The full speed slicing speed is about 60 slices per minute.
14. The number of slicing times can be set arbitrarily.
15. The slicing thickness can be adjusted in multiple segments with different amplitudes:

Rough Trimming: 1-600um
Increase by 1μm in the range of 1---10um
Increase by 2μm in the range of 10--20um
Increase by 4um in the range of 20- 50um
Increase by 10μm in the range of 50--100um
Increase by 50um in the range of 100-600um

Slicing: 0-100um
Increase by 0.5um in the range of 0--5um
Increase by 1μm in the range of 5--20um
Increase by 5 μm in the range of 20--60um
Increase by 10um in the range of 20--100um
